  • Order will confirm once you’re received email from us.
  • Kindly make your order 3 days (Cut off time at 3 pm) in advance before delivery day
  • No cancellation or changes to confirmed order within 48 hours before delivery
  • Price quotes may be adjusted without prior notice.
  • The size and weight of goods are based on approximation.
  • Delivery at chalet and park, the drivers will delivery the food to the nearest carpark
  • Delivery at Ground Unit the driver will only delivery the food to front gate.
  • Delivery at High Rise Unit(with Guard House / Security ) ; Apartment / Condominium, the driver will only delivery the food at Guard House
  • Delivery at High  Rise Unit (without Guard / Security) the driver will only delivery the food  at Lift Lobby
  • Delivery at Public  Premises (Office , Hotel , etc) the driver will only delivery the food  at Reception
  • Delivery at Public Area such as Open Park , Picnic Area and Open BBQ Area (if any) the driver will only delivery the food to location as customer advise.

 

Your order must be placed at least 3 days prior to your event date.

Order Cut-Off Time : 3.00 pm

  • Order must be made before 3 pm  to ensure that your order arrives the full 3 days in advance.
  • For orders received after 3 pm, your order will be process on the next day.
  • You can place an order up to 14 days before your event date.

Our delivery time is from Monday to  Sunday with two time slots daily.

11.00 am – 2.30 pm                                                       3.00 pm -5.00 pm

Please note that our Customer Services Officers will not be able to update exact arriving time due to unpredictable traffic conditions.

  • BBQ Malaysia offer RM 15 Flat Rate Delivery Charges for our coverage area ( Please refer to our coverage area list).
  • No Delivery charge will be impose  for order exceed RM 500 
  • Delivery charge includes all other foods purchase.
  • Kindly note that you have to be at the delivery location at the earliest timing selected. If no one is present to receive the goods and return trip is required, additional delivery fee will be charged.

Yes, we do have minimum order. Minimum order is RM 50 EXCLUDING delivery charges.

Sorry, you can’t. You have to follow the quantity of the standard packet and go by the multiple.

  • We endeavor to prepare food at their freshest.
  • If customers are unsatisfied with the purchases, we will give customers full refund if the reason is acceptable/reasonable.
  • Request for refund, or missing items etc. must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Yes, but please inform us at least 48 hours  in advance for the cancellation of the order
  • There will be NO cancellation of order within one day in advance; otherwise 100% penalty will be imposed.
  • For online order that have been paid, RM 50 charges will be impose for administrative fees and refund  will be made within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Please proceed payment during your order using FPX payment system.
  • Confirmation email and sms notification will be send upon payment received.
  • Will be in the aluminium tray or microwave container with product label.
  • Yes, we open daily.
  • We open from 9am – 5 pm.
